As a modern and internationally active company, we sell photo books, wall pictures and calendars online in a total of 25 countries, where passion, enthusiasm and the highest quality are our top priorities.

Our international team brings the diverse and exciting tasks in the photo sector to life with great commitment and professionalism. From the software to the finished product - at Saal Digital, everything is developed and produced in-house. We also have our own photo portal, which allows photographers to sell their images either as a download or as a photo product.

Your tasks:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing advice via telephone, chat or tickets
• Processing customer inquiries about orders, products or complaints
• Processing cases in accordance with internal procedures
• First point of contact for our Photo Portal customers as well as advising and supporting customers in the optimal use of our in-house software by e-mail and telephone
• Onboarding and receiving feature requests for our customers' Photo Portal
• Work from home, paired with a few selected days per year in the office in 91187 Röttenbach to promote team cohesion

Your profile:

• Ideally experience in customer service, call center or telephone support
• Experience in technology or IT-related areas is a great advantage
• Familiarity with CRM, ticket systems or multitasking is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English skills (minimum level B2)
• Customer orientation, pleasure in dealing with customers and polite manners
• analytical skills, problem-solving oriented work, very good communication skills
• Organized, fast and structured way of working
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure
• Committed working style and a high sense of responsibility
